Fault Finding Leads to Failure
“No one is a failure until they blame somebody else”. ~Charles Tremendous Jones
Everyday we come across people that love to point fingers and place blame on others anytime anything goes wrong. Many times this is the easy road to follow but as a home business entrepreneur you must take the higher road.
Successful home business entrepreneurs that want long term success and who want to be a true professional in the business know that they must take full responsibility for their actions, their success and their failures.
When creating a team, make sure that you create the culture of taking responsibility and accountability for what ever happens. Even when things go bad, learn from the experience. Do not focus on who is at fault or who made the mistake. Focus on getting it right and correcting or learning from what went wrong. Be the leader that leads by example.
Henry Ford stated, “Don’t find fault! Find me a solution!”
As professional’s in the home based business arena, we need to provide the solution for people.
Either we provide a solution though our product or service that help’s people solve a problem or make their lives better.
Or…
We provide the solution to overcome their financial challenges, thus solving money issues.
Take responsibility for your team and your customers. Help them gain the full value of your connection.
To your success.
